I believe in the capacity for transformation that lies within each of us—in our souls and our minds—and that it happens when there is strong motivation and an empathetic relationship of mutual trust is built. I am committed, first and foremost, to being a passionate person, capable of conveying the depth, dedication, and joy of what I do as a source of inspiration for anyone who turns to me. Specifically, the coaching I offer is strongly focused on emotional awareness and emotion management; I use various bioenergetic tools and foster emotional connection through body awareness and visualizations of emotional blocks via re-imprinting.
