OUR PROMISE

Your personal data belongs to you. We process it only to operate Soul Voyager: managing accounts and bookings, enabling communication with Hosts, keeping the platform secure and complying with the law.

We do not sell your personal data, share it for third-party commercial purposes or use it to train third-party artificial intelligence systems.

WHO CONTROLS YOUR DATA

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is Soul Voyager GmbH, c/o Engelstrasse 52, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.

WHAT WE COLLECT

2. Data you provide

We may collect identification data, contact details, profile information, booking preferences, payment identifiers handled by Stripe, Host bank/KYC information handled by Stripe and health-related information only when you voluntarily provide it for a specific Experience.

3. Data collected automatically

We may collect navigation data, device and browser information, transaction history, saved Experiences, searches, clicks, consent records and cookie or similar technology data as described in the Cookie Policy.

WHY WE PROCESS DATA

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and platform security, and rely on consent for marketing, profiling, non-essential cookies and special category health data.

5. Health and special category data

Health-related information is processed with special care, normally on the basis of explicit consent or, in an emergency, to protect vital interests. It is shared only with the relevant Host when needed for safety.

RETENTION AND SHARING

6. Retention

Contractual and fiscal records are kept for the legally required period. Profile, analytics, support and consent data are kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or until consent is withdrawn where applicable.

7. Recipients

We share data only when needed: with Hosts for bookings, Stripe for payments and KYC, IT and cloud providers under GDPR-compliant agreements, and authorities when legally required.

Soul Voyager does not sell or rent personal data.

AI AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING

8. AI use

AI tools may support recommendations, fraud detection, ranking, support triage and aggregated demand analysis. Decisions significantly affecting your rights are reviewed by a human and are not taken solely by automated systems.

Your personal data is not used to train third-party AI models.

YOUR RIGHTS

9. GDPR and Swiss data protection rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest or marketing processing, and withdrawal of consent.

Write to legal@soulvoyager.net. We normally reply within 30 days, or up to 90 days for complex requests with an explanation.

10. International transfers and complaints

Some providers may be located outside Switzerland or the EEA. Transfers rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

You may complain to the Swiss FDPIC or to the data protection authority of your country of residence in the EU.
