INTRODUCTION
This Cookie Policy explains how Soul Voyager GmbH uses cookies and similar technologies on www.soulvoyager.net.
Controller: Soul Voyager GmbH, c/o Engelstrasse 52, 8004 Zurich. Contact: legal@soulvoyager.net.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help websites remember preferences, manage sessions, secure payments and understand usage.
COOKIE CATEGORIES
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are needed to run the platform, manage authentication, remember consent preferences, keep the cart available, prevent abuse and complete payments securely.
They do not require consent because they are necessary for the service you request.
3. Analytics cookies and cookieless analytics
Analytics help us understand aggregate use of the platform. They are activated only with your consent.
On public pages we use Umami in cookieless mode when analytics consent is granted. It does not write persistent analytics cookies but records aggregate visit metrics.
4. Marketing and profiling cookies
Marketing cookies may measure campaigns, personalize advertising or enable retargeting. They are used only with explicit consent.
Soul Voyager may use Meta Pixel for campaign measurement, conversions and retargeting, but only when marketing consent is granted in the banner.
5. Third-party functionality
Third-party tools may support payments, maps, videos, chat or social widgets. Stripe and Stripe Link may use essential storage for secure checkout.
MANAGING CONSENT
6. How to manage preferences
The cookie banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies or customize categories. You can change your choice at any time through the consent control available on public pages.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
7. International transfers and complaints
Some third-party providers may transfer data outside Switzerland or the EEA under adequate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Questions: legal@soulvoyager.net. Complaints may be sent to the Swiss FDPIC or your EU data protection authority.
