About me
My name is Lucia Natale; I am a teacher, therapist, bodyworker, dancer, and art director. For about 19 years, I’ve been helping people connect with the deepest part of themselves—the part that sees the world with simplicity and freedom (to put it very simply). I’m also a children’s author, specializing in spirituality. My story isn’t linear, but it’s inspiring, and you can read the whole story on my website in the “About Me” section. My most unique trait is that I dance underwater while holding my breath. My special relationship with water is the foundation of my AMA-Acqua Mater method.
