About me

As a clinical psychologist specializing in psychosomatics, I practice bioenergetics and spiritual hypnosis. My “Psychology of the Heart” aims to integrate the spiritual aspects—which are more closely tied to sensations and emotions—in line with the principles of so-called “vibrational medicine”—with the more traditional, mental aspects of classical psychology. I have always been a spiritual seeker, with a particular interest in esotericism, alternative medicine, and shamanism. This drives me to travel to meet healers and learn disciplines such as Ayurveda. I teach courses on Transformative Alchemy, Esotericism and Rituals, the Sacred Feminine, Spiritual Evolution, and Integrated Psychosomatics.
